This centrally located apartment offers spacious rooms with a nice bathroom and good shower. The staff, particularly Miriam, is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to resolve any issues. The apartment is conveniently close to a supermarket and the town center, making it an ideal location for exploring. There are plenty of clean towels provided, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The entrance and common areas of the apartment could benefit from better maintenance.

Spacious, light apartment. Easily fits up to four people. Well-furnished with lovely details like flowers and pictures. Very quiet, feels like home. Helpful staff resolved issues and provided refund. Perfect for studying and washing clothes. Great value, close to city center. Clean rooms and nice eating area. Highly recommended for groups. Excellent communication and problem-solving.

I recently stayed at the Modern Central Apartment for a weekend trip with friends. The location was fantastic, allowing us easy access to both the city and the beautiful surroundings of Aberdeenshire. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and tidy, exceeding my expectations. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The area was quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay, and the flat was well-maintained. The communication with the hosts was excellent, and any minor issues before our arrival were promptly resolved. I highly recommend this place for a group getaway or a weekend trip to Aberdeen.

Some kitchen facilities were lacking. There were no tea towels, oven gloves, and not enough drinking glasses.

The apartment was clean and well-presented, with a bright and airy atmosphere. The location was fantastic, being very central and within walking distance of the city center. This made it convenient to explore the city and access amenities. the host was very helpful, easily contactable, and promptly addressed any issues that arose during our stay.
The kitchen facilities were minimal, lacking tea towels, oven gloves, and sufficient drinking glasses. It would have been more convenient to have these essential items available.

This apartment served my needs perfectly. I was in Aberdeen for a course and needed a quiet place to study in the evenings. The hosts were attentive and the flat was light, airy, and much more spacious than I expected. It was also conveniently located near the city center and had all the amenities I needed. it was great value for money and made me feel like home.
